Recipe # 5 : A drama called 'The Prawns Pulav'

About the recipe:
Prawns are an invaluable part of the fish community. Even if they are little in number their presence can be felt throughout the recipe.
What I was metaphorically explaining above can be best explained by following the recipe below:

Stage 1: Chop Chop

Take a cutting board and chop some onions and tomatoes roughly. Keep this aside.

Stage 2:Marinating the prawns

Take about 200 grams of medium sized prawns in a bowl and marinate it with Turmeric powder (1 tea spoon), Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), Salt (¼ th teaspoon) & squeeze half a lime into it. Mix it well with your hands.
Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.

Stage 3Frying the prawns
Remove the prawns from the fridge and get ready to fry it. Take 2 table spoons of mustard oil and heat it in a kadai (frying pot / vessel) on a medium heat.

After you get the aroma of the mustard oil, add the marinated prawns & using a spatula fry it for about three minutes.

Turn off the gas and let the prawns rest in a container.
